- 2¼ cups Bisquick
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 cup wild blueberries, can use regular
- ¾ to 1 cup buttermilk
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp milk
1Preheat oven to 450ºF.
2Stir together bisquick, sugar and buttermilk until soft dough forms. Fold in blueberries.
3Scoop dough with large cookie scoop or ice cream scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
4Bake 9-12 minutes or until golden brown.
5Combine powdered sugar and milk. Drizzle over biscuits.
